My work is grounded in a humanistic and psychodynamic approach, which means I offer a warm, respectful space to explore your experiences, while also helping you understand how past relationships and patterns may still be shaping your life today.
I also draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a down-to-earth, accessible way—helping you get to know the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, with the aim of making real and lasting change.
Why Therapy?
Therapy offers a space to explore your life with depth and honesty.
It can help you understand your suffering—where it comes from, what it’s trying to tell you, and how that may have shaped the way you move through the world. In that understanding, something begins to shift. Patterns that once felt fixed can loosen. New choices become possible.
Therapy is also about change—not quick fixes, but meaningful, lasting change that comes from really getting to know yourself. And beyond pain or crisis, therapy can be a place to make life more interesting: to explore your creativity, your relationships, your inner world.
It’s a space to ask different questions, to imagine new ways of being, and to discover what matters to you.
I offer a sliding scale fee structure to help make therapy as accessible as possible, especially during these economically challenging times.
My standard fee ranges from £80 to £100 per 50-minute session, depending on your circumstances and ability to pay.
I also offer a limited number of concession spaces at £60, available for those who may be on a low income or facing financial hardship.
My aim is to offer a supportive and respectful space, whatever your financial situation.
